verified.

·
2 left hand thread jamb nuts for the double adjuster to
thread insert interface.
How
Too:

NOTE!!! This measurement is
for the Pin Drive IRS. If you have
standard IRS, DO NOT CUT TO THIS LENGTH!!!
We
cut ours at 5.1 inches from the inside of the spindle mount hole. See picture above.
If you have the standard IRS, you would need
to add 2.5”s to these measurements. Just
to be sure, I also recommend double checking with your current control arms
before cutting. Your are responsible
for your cut!!

Drill
the arm so that you can weld through the hole into the insert for extra strength. We used a 7/16th bit.

The
arm needs to be welded by a competent welder.
The Thread inserts are 4130 steel and the arms are mild steel. Also, it may be necessary to press the
insert into the upper control arm as it is a tight fit. Clean up the weld and paint the tube insert
and welded area. The threaded inserts
are steel, so they will rust if not painted.

Assemble
as above and install in car. Note: You
need 2 jamb nuts per arm, and you should make sure the thread exposure is the
same for the double adjuster and the heim.

Finished
product. Make sure to tighten your both Jamb nuts after you
have set your camber.
